Hello Judges
One of the requirements for accredited NALS judges, is to complete an activity report each year. The report can be submitted electronically by completing the form below and clicking the submit button. When finished a confirmation will appear on your screen and a copy of the report will be sent to the judges chair. The $10 fee is payable every three years and you can also pay that fee online using the button on your confirmation screen. If you prefer to download the form and email or mail it to Kathy, you can do so here. These reports are used to prepare our judges roster and the information will be shared with regionals.
